values of the
company as compared
to other companies
divided by the
price of the
stock. Rather
than using PE
as the sole
criteria, other
criterion such
as working capital,
cash flow, revenues,
shareholders
equity, earnings
and cash and
equivalents
are calculated
per $100 worth
of the investment.
